But scheduling, compliance, forms, handbook, team login, temp monitoring, maintenance, and finance operations all work without any POS connection. For labor audits and sales data, you can upload a CSV export from any POS system.
I use Square / Clover / SpotOn. Can I still use MarginGains? +
Yes. Most of the platform is POS-independent. For modules that use POS data (labor audit, dashboard sales, leaderboard), you import via CSV export from your system. We're building direct integrations for additional POS platforms — when yours ships, your account upgrades automatically.
